Review of the Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport luxury sedan transfer, with timing, price, pickup tips, vehicle details, and honest drawbacks.
“Called driver after disembarking our ship and he stated he would be late. I had an early flight and ended up taking a bus. When you book a luxury sedan you expect a higher level of service. Icing on the cake is even though my ride was canceled due to there bad customer service did not recieve a refund! I feel scammed.”

“Great service! He made it easy for us to find him. Was cheerful, supportive, professional and welcoming for all of us. Transport was very comfy, water was welcome after a long flight. Can’t think of any criticism or feedback for our driver or the overall process. This booking was easy to make, email and text communications were very helpful. I appreciated the call I received to clarify details after booking was made. Set my mind at ease that we’d be well cared for. And we were!”

“First time visitors. We had only a limited time between our cruise docking at Port Canaveral (8:00 am) and our flight leaving Orlando airport (4:00). We are a family of four with two teenagers. Nathan was great! He picked us up at the port, stowed our luggage in his van, and designed a tailored visit for us that let us hit the highlights in the limited time we had. He even got us coffee to go at the end and got us to the airport on time. Very knowledgeable about Kennedy Space Center and asked thoughtful questions to provide a tailored day. Gave lots of insider tips like best place…”
Compare Universal Orlando’s 2-park VIP tour, with guided access, backstage moments, meals, valet parking, and key limits to know.
“Excellent experience. Jacoby was our guide and he was so lovely and knowledgeable. A gorgeous breakfast and lunch were included. VIP meant we were brought straight to the top of the line for all the main rides. We also got behind the scenes access to some of the rides and workshops. Definitely saved us a lot of time not having to navigate the park ourselves or stand in line in standard queues. Afterwards we could use our VIP pass for the express lines on the rides which continued to save us time.”

“Terrible as the transfer was a no-show. If technical issues, then why not call the guest or contact Viator to come up with an alternative plan. Terrible Service.”
