“The staff was overwhelmingly accommodating and friendly. The show was lively, theatrical and the food was great! We were booked with “Get Your Guide” ... We were ticketed for 6:00PM show. We arrived at 5:30PM only to find out that the show had already begun at 5:00. What a bummer!!! We discovered that we should have actually arrived an hour early (at 4PM). Nowhere on the booking did it speak of arriving 1 hour before the show. Medieval Times staff coordinated for us to squeeze in another evening that worked for us and upgraded our tickets to Front Row (Queen Package). : ) The food and entertainment were great! All…”
